STEPS TO CERTIFICATION （6步完成HFC清真認證）

Six steps to get HFC Halal certification:

STEP 1: Consult（咨詢了解清真認證要求）

Get to know HALAL certification requirements.

STEP 2 : APPLICATION FORM（初步填寫申請表，獲得機構免費初審，所有工廠資訊高度保密）

Fill out application form. Charged by free.

The information you submit will be kept in strictest confidence.

STEP 3 :

Documents approval       P&C     deposit   （終極報價並審核資料通過後出具合同，客戶進展預付）

Your application will be assessed by our experts and we will quote depending on the type of ingredients and complexity in the manufacturing process.

STEP 4: ASSESSMENT（驗廠審核并根據 HFC /HAS 2017:71清真保障體系對工廠清真內審團隊成員進行培訓）

We will require additional information about your ingredients and manufacturing process to ensure they meet international Halal standards.

During the inspection, the Muslim inspector (1-2) will check the whole production processes from the beginning raw material into the end packing.

Auditor will also conduct a complete train for factory’s Halal internal team members(5) according to HFC/HAS 2017:71Halal ASSURANCE SYSTEM(HAS).

STEP 5 : CERTIFICATION（頒發證書）

After we have ensured production processes and ingredients can achieve the HFC/HAS 2017:71, and the payment is finalised, HFC Halal certificate and its logo will be issued.

STEP 6: Post Certificate（郵寄紙質清真證書）

Renewal（複審）

•Request for renewal of HALAL certification by Applicant, at least 3 months before expiry of      

  HALAL certificate

（企業需要在證書過期前三個月開始發起複審申請訴求）

•Repeat Stages 1 to 6 above

（複審重複上述1-6步驟）
