HFC will not communicate, divulge or use, for the benefit of any other person, partnership, association or corporation, any of the trade secrets, formulae or secret processes used by the company that may be communicated to HFC by virtue of their application. Even when the company does not proceed with HFC HALAL certification, all information will be kept in the strictest confidence.
