HFC Shariah Committee（HFC Shariah 委員會）
HFC’s Shariah Committee is the body responsible for ruling on questions of Islamic law within HFC’s certification work. Its members are qualified Mufti and Islamic scholars. Working in accordance with Islamic law, the committee defines and maintains the Halal requirements that HFC applies to ingredients, production processes and finished products, including matters that call for Shariah interpretation such as slaughtering practice and animal welfare. The committee also takes part in international standards discussions with other certification bodies and Halal authorities. A certificate is issued only once both the documentation review and the factory audit have been approved.
HFC 的 Shariah 委員會負責在認證工作中就伊斯蘭教法問題作出裁定，成員為具備資格的 Mufti 與伊斯蘭教法學者。委員會依據伊斯蘭教法，厘定並維護 HFC 對原料、生產工藝與成品所採用的清真標準，其中包括屠宰方式、動物福利等需要教法解釋的事項；並與其他認證機構及各地清真主管機構共同參與國際清真標準的討論。企業的申請資料審閱與驗廠審核均通過後，方可獲得清真資質。
