香港HFC（Halal Foundation Center）國際清真食品監制中心機構，高級審核員兼肉制品和清真屠宰專家，擁有紮實的伊斯蘭教法基礎，並在巴基斯坦獲得阿訇資質；
在香港和巴基斯坦多次參加伊斯蘭教法、清真體系規則的理論與實操、伊斯蘭有關動物清真屠宰沙裏亞法的專業訓練；
教法修養底蘊深厚，純正篤定，積極向身邊的穆斯林推廣食用純正的清真食品，熱衷跟企業和清真肉制品從業人員分享並培訓清真屠宰要領，花甲之年仍多次受邀前往中國企業做清真培訓和審核指導，踐行“零電擊的清真屠宰理念”，輔導的企業常年不凡供港知名肉制品供應商。
