ØHalal的意思是被允許的，合法的。
Ø按照古蘭經（Quran),聖訓（hadith,hadis)和伊斯蘭教法（sharia),所有幹凈有益的食物是清真的。
Ø除了古蘭經（Quran),聖訓（hadith,hadis)和伊斯蘭教法（sharia), 明確禁忌的食物外，(有毒有害的、麻醉的除外)，動物和魚類等被視為清真的。
ØHalal food is the area for the diet.
