清真（HALAL）的動物和植物

Halal Animals and Plants

Ø陸地動物當中，血液流動的，食草的並非捕食其他動物的動物，比如駱駝、牛、山羊、水牛、綿羊、鹿

Ø所有不狩獵，並以毂物和農作物生存的鳥類，比如雞、鴨、鴿、麻雀

Ø除了有毒所有的魚類（有些穆斯林只食用有鱗的魚類）

Ø除了有毒，有害，使人醉的植物外，所有的植物是清真的

ØAmong land animals, blood flow, herbivorous animals not prey on other animals, such as camels, cattle, goats, water buffalo, sheep and deer. 

ØAll birds that do not hunt, and live with grain and crop, such as chicken, duck, pigeon and sparrow . 

ØAll fishes are Halal ,except the poisonous fish.(some Muslims only eat fish with scales) 

ØAll plants except the toxic, harmful, and intoxicating plants are halal.

Haram(حرام) ：非法的 Illegal or Taboo.

ØHaram 非清真是指被禁止或不合法，非清真食品是指不合法的食品。

Ø非清真的東西不是因為穆斯林崇拜或特別喜歡，而是穆斯林視為不幹凈，不喜歡的，或對身體弊大於利等原因。

Ø清真-非清真（伊斯蘭教法）判断原则：古蘭經哈地斯(聖訓)伊斯蘭教領袖所出的規定。

ØHaram means illegal or taboo. 

ØHaram food not because Muslims worship or like it, but to Muslims regarded as unclean, or does 

Ømore harm than good for health.

ØHalal& Haram, Islam Law regulates through Qur’an, Hadith and fatwa.

清真标准 Halal Standard

Ø古蘭經或聖訓明確禁止的動物以及食物，比如：豬，驢（馴化的）

Some animals and foods are clearly forbade in the Quran or Hadis, such as pork,   Domesticated ass

Ø牙齒長而尖的肉食動物如熊、大象、老虎、猴子和貓。

Ø所有爪子狩獵的猛禽，比如隼，鷹，鳶，蝙蝠

Teeth are long and sharp predator, such as bear, elephant, tiger, monkey and cat.

Ø水陸兩棲動物如鱷魚、烏龜和青蛙

All raptors hunt with claws, such as falcons, eagles, kites, bats.

Ø陸地動物當中，沒有血液的動物，比如大黃蜂，蒼蠅，甲蟲，蜘蛛，蠍子，螞蟻.

Amphibious animal, such as crocodiles, turtles, frogs

Ø陸地動物中，雖然有血液，但是血液不流動的動物，比如蛇，蜥蜴，變色龍

Terrestrial animals without blood, such as wasps, flies, beetles, spiders, scorpion,  ants .

Ø所有的害蟲是非清真的，比如老鼠、刺猬、跳鼠

Terrestrial animals with Non flowing blood, such as snake, lizard, chameleonAll pest are haram, such as mouse, hedgehog and Jerboa

Ø血液及血液制品 Blood and blood products

Ø按非伊斯蘭方式屠宰的清真動物肉 Halal animal meat slaughtered  without Islamic slaughtering procedures

Ø酒及含酒精飲料 Alcohol and alcohol drink

Ø自死動物肉 Self dead animal meat 

Ø非清真動物奶 Haram animals milk
